Prices for comphrensive home inspections are as follows:

We encourage all clients to be present during the time of the home inspection, with or without their real estate representative, although attendance is not necessary. We provide an electronic copy of the inspection report, including pictures and descriptions to clients within 24 hours of inspection, and are available to address any questions or concerns they may have.

We request all ultilities be turned on prior to inspection, to avoid a potential charge for re-inspections.
