What can you expect from Legacy Home Inspections?

Your home inspection is a visual examination of all the home's accessible systems and components. This includes, but is not limited to (roll over system or component for more details):

Pricing 

There are many factors, e.g. cost, size and age of the home, that determine the price of the inspection.

• Pre-Listing, Pre-Purchase, Warranty and New Homes start at $295

• Maintenance Inspections start at $150

• System or Component Inspections start at $75

Duration of Inspection   

The average inspection time is 3-4 hours, depending on the size of the home.  Maintenance inspections are typically 2-3 hours.

Accompanying the Inspector 

We recommend that you arrive towards the end of the inspection (a recommended time will be provided prior to the inspection).  You will then be accompanied by the inspector for a walkthrough of the home for an explanation of the findings and recommendations.

Report 

You will be provided with a professional, thorough, comprehensive report on the condition of the property.  The report is easy to read and understand with photos of defects.  The report will be uploaded to our site which you will be sent a log in and a password to view, download and print your personal home inspection report.
